Please bring the following documents commonly referred to as REAL ID Documents for a Florida Drivers Licence / ID Card Issuance

Please Note: Please be aware the documents must be originals. Photo Copies of the documents cannot be accepted. If your previous license is expired for more than a year, you will be required to retest the general knowledge exam.

• Previous license if possible or applicable.
• Certified Birth Certificate or current passport
• Social Security Card or number
• If customer’s name has changed since birth (including marriages where you take your spouse's last name) we need proof of every and all legal name change document (certified marriage license- **including previous marriages**, court orders, etc.).
• Two proofs of current Florida address
